Individual Reports

The score indicates the number of correct responses on a test. In cases where students have missed a part of the spelling test, their spelling score will be estimated or based only on the spelling tasks completed.

When students have completed only a small part of the assessment it is not possible to estimate achievement. The comment 'There was insufficient evidence on this test to make a judgment ', will be printed on reports. In these cases, teachers are encouraged to provide parents with any further explanation they may require.

Where students have been absent for one of the tests, their achievement levels will be shown for the areas in which they were tested. The comment 'absent' will be printed for the tests for which they were absent. .
