Timetabling Module
The Timetable Module facilitates the planning and scheduling of the school's education program.

It contains features that will allow a timetable to be constructed and maintained manually, or created using an automatic scheduler based upon parameters determined by the school. It will be suitable for schools that currently use a software package for timetabling.

The Timetable Module links to the Administration Manager, Lesson Attendance, Transitional Reporting, Curriculum Manager and Billing modules. Indirect links are also made to attendance data for recording and reporting purposes.

The Grid Planning Tool has been developed to assist schools with modelling a timetable and determining the FTE required to staff the model.  A brief manual is also available to assist with using the Grid Planning Tool.
