Student Health Care Authorisation

The Department of Education and Training Student Health Care policy and procedures focus predominantly on the procedures and actions to be undertaken by a school in order to address health care or medical matters that may need management during school hours. 

The policy requires that a Student Health Care Plan is completed for all students who have a health condition(s) or  need(s) and require support while in the care of the school (see Appendix 1 of the Student Health Care Policy).  Refer to the Department's Our Policies section of the intranet.
