provides three different levels of information and integrates

level for themselves. The encyclopedia can be accessed by topic

Living Library contains a wide collection
of information resources suitable for schools from K-12. The
collection includes encyclopaedias, dictionary and thesaurus,
weblinks, clip art, a picture library, multimedia and newspapers.
The site is divided into two main sections, one for primary
and the other for secondary. There is also a ‘Teacher
Tips’ section, tailored to each level that gives ideas
for using Living Library in the classroom and includes two special
features, Spotlight and This Day in History.

problems with speed on line in some locations and a British
bias, this resource has not been widely promoted in Australia
and there is, therefore, no current Australian price available.

one database. It provides access to a range of encyclopedias;

and Thesaurus; and a range of specialist dictionaries. It also
